If you cancel after your reservation is confirmed, the following cancellation fees will apply.

What happens in case of bad weather?
In principle, cruises will operate even in bad weather. However, if the captain decides by 6:00 p.m. the day before that it is not possible to operate due to thunder or heavy rain, the cruise will be canceled.

9. You have arrived at Exit 17. Go out the automatic door to Yachenyahama.
10. Please wait at the caster gate. Staff will come to open it for you.
